Go Paleo? I had heard the buzz about the Paleo diet over the past couple years, but had not paid much attention until it become so popular among the Cross Fit cult. Initially after doing some research I thought this is nuts! (no pun intended…you eat lots of em’ on once you go Paleo) The more research I did the more intrigued I became and decided to fully commit for one week to this way of life. So what is Paleo?? The Paleo Diet is an effort to eat like we used to back in the day…WAY back in the day. If a caveman couldn’t eat it, neither can you. This means anything we could hunt or find – meats, fish, nuts, leafy greens, regional veggies, and seeds. Sorry, the pasta, cereal, and candy will have to go! I have never liked keeping track…
