A 50 minute full body workout, alternating between rowing and resistance training. Improve your strength, power and endurance with every stroke.

40 minute total body workout, alternating between fast intervals of rowing and strength training. Guaranteed to torch calories, improve endurance and build power with every stroke.
GO Row Circuit:
45 min high intensity class filled with a gauntlet of rowing, strength and aerobic stations. Guaranteed to build muscle and burn CRAZY calories.
